This meeting serves as an opportunity for us to comprehend not only your objectives for the design of your home but also to grasp the unique attributes of your property that will shape the future design. Equipped with this valuable information, we will be able to present you with a Site Assessment outlining the estimated construction costs for your dream home
Step Two
To ensure that the plan is perfectly suited for your block, we will need to obtain some information on the site conditions. In order to thoroughly explore the characteristics of your land, we will coordinate and oversee the completion of a Contour Survey and a Bore Hole Report (soil testing).
Step Three
Let's move on to the exciting part! Whether you have your own ideas or need some inspiration, we will collaborate with you to create a list of desired features for your design. With this information in hand, we will then proceed to produce the initial draft of your personalised concept plans.
Step Four
After receiving the initial draft, we will convene to review the plans and make any necessary modifications to ensure everyone is aligned. It is crucial that we have a finalised design before commencing the estimation process.
Step Five
At this stage, we understand that surprises are unwelcome. Therefore, we offer you a predetermined price for the home you adore. All that remains is for you to proceed by pressing the go button, and we can begin making your concept design a reality.
